Application Guide
Application for CHARM 2013 opens 10th of September!
This guide is made to help you fill in the application and ultimately get the most out of your visit to CHARM. The application is made through the website www.arbetsmarknadsdagar.se which is a common site for career fairs in Sweden. The application contains three parts, first the registration, then uploading of the ad to be placed in the fair catalogue and finally the registration of additional data.
Step 1 - Registration
The registration process is open from 10th of September to 28th of October.
An user account at www.arbetsmarknadsdagar.se is required to register Your company for CHARM. If Your company does not already have a user account You will have to create a new one. This is done by clicking on Create new account on the website, state Your e-mail adress and click on Create new account. Any information from www.arbetsmarknadsdagar.se will be sent to this adress. Now log on to the website and change the password to an individual by clicking on My account.
You can now register your company for CHARM. You will find CHARM under the tab Apply to fairs. Mark CHARM, read through and accept the legal agreements and fill out complete information about Your company. Click on Save when all the information is filled out. A confirmation e-mail will now be sent to the adress stated earlier. You will receive a notfication by e-mail when Your registration is processed and approved. You will now be able to fill add supplementary information when the supplementary application process opens.
Step 2 - Supplementary information
The process for Supplementary information is open from 29th of October to 20th of November fot those companies accepted to CHARM 2013.
To participate during CHARM Your complete registration with supplementary information must be approved. To be able to fill out the complete registration your first registration for the fair must have been approved. Log in at www.arbetsmarknadsdagar.se to see the status of Your application, this can be found under the tab Mässor du anmält dig till. If your first registration is approved You can click on Fyll i fullständiga anmälan under the field for supplementary information.
Please note that it can be time-consuming to fill out the complete registration and we kindly ask you to be as accurate as possible. This is to ensure that Your wishes and expectations of CHARM will be fulfilled as best we can.
